Witch Hunter: Invisible World
6 of 61 of 1

Written by Jay H Anderson

"As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth."
Psalms 127:4

Long ago, the Seal of Solomon was formed by wise magi looking to seal away the supernatural hellish threats of the world from the world of humans. They banished them to a realm known as the Invisible World. However, the seal is not perfect and dark temptations, devils, curses, undead and more escape into our world slowly over time. You are a servant of the holy whose fate is to guard the world against threats from The Invisible World, continuing the fight of the magi while keeping the existence of this secret from the common man to prevent unbridled panic.

Once you were a farmer, or a sailor, or a laborer, or a doctor or even a beggar. Now, you have been chosen by the divine to fight against the evils of the Invisible World. Now you are Witch Hunters.

Note: This is NOT a part of the Witch Hunter Living Campaign.

Pregens will be provided or you can make your own character. More info on this and Witch Hunter is available at.

Given the countless powerful relics the Pathfinder Society keeps in the vaults beneath the Grand Lodge, it should come as no surprise when there's the occasional magical outburst. However, the most recent incident involves a powerful talisman opening a portal to Hell, and the head curator Zarta Dralneen believes this event is no mere coincidence. Alongside a band of elite Pathfinders, she intends to travel through the portal to the infernal city Dis in order to close the gateway, in the process uncovering Cheliax's secret history, the follies of House Thrune, and what her role will be in the events to come.

A blood-red beast terrorizes the villages at night, and the normally stoic residents are quick to recruit able-bodied heroes. Too bad you're not their first choice!

About the Border Kingdoms
According to the sage Meriadas of Westgate: “The Border Kingdoms are the most favored destination for adventurers who want to proudly and boldly conquer a realm or establish their own new kingdom. Lords, counts, dukes, kings and emperors rise, proclaim themselves, and are swept away with the speed and regularity of waves crashing upon a shore.”

The Border Kingdoms is a tumultuous land between the Lake of Steam and the Shaar in the Forgotten Realms. Gamehole Con has been granted exclusive rights to develop Adventurers League content in this region, and our offerings include adventures, source material, and short stories.

When news arrives that one of the shards of the holy relic known as the Shattered Shield of Arnisant have been put up for sale in a Rahadoumi auction, the Pathfinder Society is highly skeptical, particularly since all the shards of the shield are safely accounted for, enshrined in the nation of Lastwall's capital city, Vigil. However, the Society's sources have confirmed that the seller does indeed seem to have a powerful magical relic identical to one of the shards, so the Pathfinders have sent a team to investigate. What secrets might be uncovered in this nation where religion is banned? And who besides the Pathfinder Society and their allies in Lastwall might be seeking the purported relic?
