We have blocked some rooms at the Super 8 in Cape Girardeau for those of you who need them. To reserve one, just call:

and tell them you wish to book one of the Larry Snodgrass reservations.
The pricing is $70 for a double room and $60 for a King-size single.
Most of the rooms are non-smoking, but smoking rooms are available should you need one.
If you want one of these rooms, you must call them by next Tuesday, Oct. 25th. After that time, any unclaimed rooms will be removed.
The Super 8 is located on North Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau about 2-3 miles East of the Cape/Jackson exit (Exit 99) on I-55. It is relatively new and
clean.
I am also including the phone numbers of some "cheaper" facilities,but I can not vouch for these places. If you have trouble finding a place to stay, please let us know and we'll try to help you out.

Transportation
The event will be held at Buckner Brewing Company, 132 N. Main St. in downtown Cape Girardeau. Parking is available both on Main Street, along Broadway, and along the river wall on Water St. If you park on Water St. I encourage you to take a look at the murals on the river wall.
World Wide Game Day will be held on the upper floor of the Buckner building in the Riverview Room (very aptly named!). If you have trouble with steps and require assistance, please email us ahead of time and we'll have someone help you with your books. |
