We are in talks with local hotels, but here is some info in the mean time.
The Broadview is closest, buts its expensive especially over new years($150 a night new years eve).
Here is a list of others near the con.
Last year we had people stay at Cambridge Suites. And the La Quinta is now the Royal Lodge. I've never stayed at any of these, but I at lunch at a resteraunt near the Royal Lodge.
Stay away of anything on Broadway.
This summer he had a deal with the Howard Johnson by the Airport, about a 10 minute drive, and several people liked it:

Transportation
If you fly in, we might be able to provide you with a ride to the con. One of our judges has volunteered to pick up up to 3 people from the hotel.
