Winterfest
Role-playing fun for everyone... situated at Blacktown North Public School, 1 Bessemer Street, Blacktown (off Sunnyholt Road). This venue is Air Conditioned and soft drinks, chips and choccies will be available. There will be moderate catering facilities to enable you to purchase food for Saturday Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Lunch.
In memory of Richard Priest, roleplayer, GM and sorely missed friend, we will be raising money for Cancer research - please bring some extra dollars along with you.
NB: Entries close on FRIDAY 3rd August, 2012 at 1730 (5.30pm) at which time details will be removed from the site.
By placing an entry in this event I hereby agree to abide by the rules set out below;
I will abide by the rules and decisions made by the Senior GameMaster (Chris Gammage) and relevant scenario Judges.
I agree that I have no claim on competition organisers or any club associated with it for loss or damage or injury to any person or property arising from any occurrence during or in any way connected with the Games Day.
My entry fee, once paid, is not refundable.
My entry, if not correctly completed, and submitted on time, will not be accepted.
Rooms must be left as they were at the beginning of the convention.
Rubbish must be removed from rooms at the end of each SESSION.
Teams must have at least four players and may have no more than six players in them.
The rules of the RPGA and Pathfinder Society also apply to this event.
LFR tables must have at least 4 players for a table to be arranged - no more than 6 players may play on any one table.
Pathfinder tables must have at least 3 players and no more than 7 players. |
