I have 12 slots for GMs/Discussion Moderators/CCG Teachers.
Here is the tentative list, I will need confirmation from each.
People running an event will need to arrive at 2:30 PM.

This list will be finalized with confirmations by January 24th, 2006.
Once confirmed you will receive a personalized ID code that you
must have with you to get special pricing. I will have you on the
list and you will need to confirm your identity through your
personalized ID with me at the event before paying for your meal.
Running an event for one of the twelve slots will gain you admittance
for $5.00. This price includes drink with refills, buffet and
gratuity for the restaurant staff. This special pricing is
non-transferable and applies only for the person who I issue the ID
code.
Once again, people running an event will need to arrive at 2:30 PM.

I have 38 total slots for standard attendees.
(8 of these spots are already claimed leaving 30 pending confirmation)
For the standard attendee special rate you must be present between
2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to redeem your code.
For the 38 remaining slots will gain you an adult (12 years and
older) admittance for $10.00. (If you have children and plan to
attend the event please contact me about special pricing for
children’s meals. Also keep in mind this event is 5 hours long.)
The $10.00 price for an attendee includes drink with refills, buffet
for the duration of the gathering and gratuity for the restaurant
staff.
I will also issue standard attendees a personalized ID Code that they
must have with them for their personal discount between 2:30 PM and
3:00 PM on the day of the event. This special pricing is
non-transferable and applies only for the person who I issue the ID
code.
Once again, for the standard attendee special rate you must be
present between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to redeem your code through me.
Overflow and other attendees:
The private area of the restaurant only has room for 50 gamers. If
all the slots are filled and you want to come to the restaurant
during this time anyway, you will not be eligible for special pricing
or able to sit in the reserved area. However, you are welcome to
come and socialize at the restaurant itself in the main area during
this time. If there is that much interest in the event then I will
consider a larger venue for any future events. Pricing for an adult
buffet with drink plus tax and standard gratuity comes to
approximately $12.50. So sign up now to guarantee your participation
in this event and the discount. This offer has been made to members
