Registration is now closed. A limited number of day passes will be available at the con. They cost $15 and are first come, first served. Here's what's available and the APL range...Fri slot 1: Corruption 8-10, 12-14x2, XMH x3. Fri slot 2: DMH, Rider 6, 6-8, Shapers 2-4, 8-10, Fri slot 1+2: Blighted 10, 12. Fri slot 3: NO OPENINGS. Sat slot 1: Glacier 4, Knowledge 8, Tiger 8,10,10-12,12. Sat slot 2: Barbarous Coast 2-4, XMH x4. Sat slot 3: Glacier 6, Riders 6-8, Shapers 6-8, 10-12. Sun slot 1: Knowledge 2-4,4,4-6,8, Glacier 8. Sun slot 2: Troll Winter 12. Sun slot 1+2: Blighted Star 6,6-8x2,10-12x2. Sun slot 3: Tiger 8-10. The interactive, Ante Up, may have a few openings in each slot it runs in. It is untiered. There is no guarantee that these games will be available (since con attendees may switch their schedules around), but this is the status of what is available at this point. You cannot join a premustered table if you will change the premustered APL.

Warhorn has a bug that causes slot numbers to change when additional slots are added. We used to add slots to schedule slot zeroes, but are not using warhorn for zeroes anymore, so slot numbers should not change again. The games remain in the same day and time, so just ignore the slot numbers and use day-time to know when you are doing something. Please make sure your schedule is correct before Monday March 20th.

Theocracy by the Bay 2006 is proud to host the RPGA Winter Fantasy Expanded Premieres. These special exclusive adventures include the Living Greyhawk special delve "The Hanging Glacier," two exclusive Eberron Mark of Heroes events (a delve and a DM's Mark) as well as two other Mark of Heroes events, the finale of the Legacy of the Green Regent campaign, the finale of the Living Force campaign, and the three Living Greyhawk cores from Winter Fantasy.

In addition, Theocracy by the Bay will present regional Pale adventures and metaregional adventures. If you need a break from all the challenging specials, we are offering an interactive, Ante Up, where you can play Three Dragon Ante in character in a fundraiser for the arts at the Pious Pilgrim.

Theocracy by the Bay takes place at the Radisson Hotel in Sunnyvale.

We have negotiated a special room rate of $79. When you make your reservation, you must give them the code “theocracy” to receive the rate. A limited number of rooms have been set aside, so make your reservations early.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel has a reasonably priced restaurant near the rooms where the games will be played. They will even deliver meals to the gaming tables. On the other hand, you cannot bring food to your gaming table from outside restaurants, so plan your mealtimes accordingly.

        Transportation

The hotel has a free shuttle to/from the San Jose airport (SJC). The San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) airports are also within 50 miles of the convention hotel.

To get the full convention experience, you'll want to join some Yahoogroups, at least until the convention passes.

All attendees should join the Theocracy by the Bay Players group to get up-to-the-minute information and talk about the convention.

We also recommend that everyone join the Pale yahoogroup.

Judges are required to join the Pale Con Judge group for discussing issues, planning slot zeroes and getting scenario information.
