Complimentary Airport and Area Mall Shuttles
Driving Directions can be found by going to MapQuest
and typing in your departing address as well as your destination address. For purposes of your destination address, you should use the following:

Directions from the Airport can be found on the same websight using MIA (Miami International Airport) as your departing address. This information is highly recommended should you be renting a car. We recommend against this however as renting a car should not be necessary due to the fact that there is an Airport Shuttle made available to you by the hotel. All your needs are likely to be accomidated by the Hotel Staff, the Medieval Marketplace, or alternatively is within walking distance of the Hotel. There is a full service Mall called Westland Mall a mere two blocks away from the Hotel.
If your flight is scheduled to arrive between the hours of 5:30AM thru 11:30PM, it is highly recommended that you take the shuttle made available by the Hotel. The shuttle can be located in Concourse D on the second floor and is a White Van with "Howard Johnson's Plaza Hotel" brightly painted on each side. The shuttle's exact times of departure from the Airport are all listed below and are given in Eastern Standard Time.

The hotel also has a shuttle that takes you to the Aiport. A copy of that schedule will be made available to you upon your arrival by the SFGA staff. The times that the shuttle departs the hotel to the airport are thirty minutes prior to those listed above. Reservations are required for those who will be departing from the Hotel to MIA. These reservations can be made at the Shuttle Information Desk located in the Lobby of the Howard Johnson's Hotel.
If you miss the shuttle and would like to take a Taxi Cab from Miami International Airport to the Hotel, these Taxi Cabs are available 24 hours a day. It is our advice that you take the shuttle, but should you miss it for whatever reason, you might want to ride a Taxi to the hotel. The average Taxi fare should be roughly $25 each way as the hotel is roughly 11 miles from the Airport. |
