ATTENTION NEW PLAYERS!
SCRAG would like to invite and welcome new players to the game. We are always looking for new friends to join are ranks, but we realized it can sometimes be difficult for someone unfamiliar with either the 4E rules or a Living Campaign to sign up and jump right into a game. If you are new to either and are interested in being placed at a good introductory table, please email Bill Baldwin for further information.

Regarding Table Fees
Get Your Fun On charges a $2.00 table fee per person per slot played. DMs do not have to pay for any slots they DM for. In addition, you do not have to pay the table fee if you make a purchase of $20.00 or more during SCRAGcon.

Regarding Timeliness
We understand that life sometimes happens, but in order to accommodate both players and DMs in a fair fashion, it is important to start game slots on time. We will attempt to accommodate late-comers as best as possible, but any player who arrives more that 15 minutes late for their scheduled slot forfeits their place at the table and the first person on the waitlist will take their place.

Regarding Waitlisting
All adventures are currently set up for waitlisting. In other words, you may sign up for an adventure even if it is full. If there is an adventure you are interested in playing, but it is currently full, please take advantage of the waitlisting feature. There are two benefits to this:

1) If someone drops out of the slot or doesn't show up at the game day, people on the waitlist get first dibs.

2) If we get enough people signing up on the waitlist to form another table (and usually all we need are 2 extra), we have the opportunity ahead of time to try and wrangle another DM for the adventure so that everyone can play. While we do try to accommodate walk-ins, we simply cannot guarantee we can find a DM at the last minute to accommodate everyone.

Regarding Replaying
LFR rules allow for a player to replay an adventure with a different character if they so choose. SCRAG supports this rule but would ask replayers to be generous to their fellow gamers and consider offering a seat at an adventure they have replayed to someone who hasn't should the opportunity presents itself.
