MOBICON is a gathering of sci-fi, fantasy, comic, anime, and gaming fans to meet people with the same interests. Each year we go ALL OUT to bring great guests, game, and merchants from all over to make it great. MOBICON is held in Mobile, AL to raise money for a selected charity. This is the 15th year for MobiCon. For more information see the main Mobicon Website.
This year we plan to offer a good mix of Pathfinder mods and LFR mods based on demand. Walkups will be welcome and we will always be ready to introduce new players. There is no separate charge for RPGA/PFS gaming. We ask that you register for the con and either pay in advance, or agree to pay at the door before requesting to be cleared for game sign-up here. Note that slots are subject to change based on how sign up goes and the availability of judges. We will add and modify offerings as people sign up. If you have a request please email the coordinator. We will try our best to add the games you want. And please please consider signing up to judge a slot or 2.
A quick note on Midnight Madness (MM). Mobicon has provided us a great gaming area AND allowed us access to it all night. That means we have a place to host MM. And we have provided space in our Warhorn schedule to sign up for MM. And we will be happy to provide copies of any mods we are offering for MM. But as usual, we will not guarantee judges for MM. So if you want a MM game, you may have to find/bride your own judge.
Pathfinder Society at MobiCon XV is being run by Georgia PFS. You can see a full listing of Georgia PFS events throughout Georgia at their forum here.

This year we will be returning to the Best Western Ashbury Hotel & Suites. We would like to thank them for their continued support of our convention and for their enthusiasm. This will be their 8th year hosting MOBICON. The Ashbury features an indoor and outdoor pool, plenty of convention space, a lobby bar, a restaurant, and lots of free parking. Don't forget to mention MOBICON for special rates: $63.00 a night for a standard king room, $73.00 a night for standard double room, $83.00 a night for a deluxe king or double room, and $110.00 a night for a 800 sq-ft 2 room suite which includes a microwave and refrigerator. All room rates are based on single occupancy. There is an additional $5 charge for each additional person. The room rates include a hot buffet breakfast.

Take I-65 North to Exit 3, Go left onto airport Blvd., Go over the overpass, get in the right hand lane and take a right on the West Service Road proceed to Ashbury Hotel and Suites, which in on your left.
FROM BIRMINGHAM OR MONTGOMERY
Take I-65 South to Exit 3, Staying in the far right hand lane go through the stop light, immediately take a right onto the West Service Road proceed to Ashbury Hotel and Suites, which in on your left.
FROM MOBILE REGIONAL AIRPORT
Exit out of the airport taking a left at the light onto Airport Blvd. Go approximately 7 miles. Just before reaching I-65, Turn Left on the West Service Road (There will be a Shell Station on the left) proceed to Ashbury Hotel and Suites, which in on your left.

Transportation
To get to the Ashbury Hotel & Suites, get on I-65 heading to Mobile. Then, get off on the Airport Blvd. exit and head west. Take the first right onto S. Beltline Hwy. The hotel will be on the left. Last year a courtesy van from airport was available. Call the hotel to verify for this year. |

Community
We believe Mobicon has once again chosen The Bay Area Food Bank as this year's charity! The Bay Area Food Bank's mission statement reads: The Bay Area Food Bank, working through member organizations and special programs, will provide nutritious food to meet the challenge of feeding people who are hungry as a result of personal crisis or disaster. The Bay Area Food Bank will educate the public regarding domestic hunger, proper nutrition and related issues. The Bay Area Food Bank, a member of The United Way and America's Second Harvest, is a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3), privately operated, which solicits, collects, stores, and distributes edible surplus food. They serve a 21 county service area which includes the eight southern-most counties in Mississippi, all of Coastal Alabama and the four western Counties in the Florida Panhandle; the area from DeFuniak Springs, Florida to the Mississippi/Lousiana state line.They serve over 650 charitable, nonprofit tax-exempt organizations that provide food without charge to the ill, needy, children, elderly, and homeless. Churches, halfway houses, senior citizen groups, community centers, foster homes, and disaster relief agencies benefit.
