This site has been set up for the pre-registration process for games provided by FORGE at MidSouthCon 26 in
Memphis, TN, March 28th-30th of 2008. In order to Pre-register for any of the games listed here you must
register for MidSouthCon 26 online or via mail. You must have a MidSouthCon Badge to be able to game.
** UPDATE** MSC Registration has closed and is no longer required for signup on Warhorn!! It is still required to game, so plan to stand in line to register at the con! **
FORGE is providing a selection of games including Blackmoor, Witch Hunter, Shadowrun Missions, as well as the soon-to-be-ending Living Greyhawk.
FORGE is honored to be able to offer a Blackmoor Premiere, Episode 79: A Season's Change, and a Yeomanry Premiere,YEO8-01: A Widows Tears. FORGE is also happy to be able to provide a Blackmoor Marketplace.
POTENTIAL GMs PLEASE NOTE:
GMs will receive a free or discounted registration to MidSouthCon 26
- GM one slot and receive half-price registration to the convention.
- GM two slots and receive five dollar registration to the convention.
- GM three slots or more and receive free registration to the convention.
We do not recoup any expenses from MSC, all our materials are paid for by the FORGE group. As such, we will be happy to accept donations from you to help cover these expenses.
Anyone donating $5 or more will be a VIP guest of FORGE...we will give you priority seating at the FORGE events, your seat at the table will be guaranteed, as long as the game makes, and you'll be entered into our prize drawing for some terrific prizes. We thank you for your donations to continue to support gaming in Memphis. (Anyone DMing 2 slots or more will automatically be considered a VIP!) The VIP drawing will be held at the muster time for the last slot of the first day. Anytime after the drawing, the winner can see a FORGE Judge for assistance in collecting the prize!

MidSouthCon preregistration is now closed. We are now automatically clearing everyone for registration once they sign up on Warhorn, but please remember you will be unable to participate in any games unless you have registered at the convention and have a MidSouthCon Badge. If you wish to DM, please contact our games coordinator at warlord@forgeweb.org to see what arrangements can be made.
Information on waitlisting...
You may waitlist yourself on tables. If at all possible, we will add in additional tables to accomodate waitlisted players. If additional tables are not possible, priority for seating first goes to VIP's. After that, order of sign up determines priority. Rest assured that we will do our very best to seat all players at a game. |

Venue/Lodging
Once again MidSouthCon will be held at the airport Holiday Inn Select (a hotel with over 20,000 square feet of function space). It is located on 2240 Democrat (at Airways) in Memphis, TN. The phone # is (901) 332-1130
Room Cost
The rooms are priced at a flat rate of $81.00 per night (up to four people), and just in case you want to spend some extra time in Memphis, you can get the convention rate from March 21st to the 27th
Reservations
You can make reservations by either calling 1-800-287-0037 and asking for the special rate for MidSouthCon 26 (group code - G74) at the Memphis International Airport, or you can reserve your room on-line at the MidSouthCon Hotel Reservations Page. Note: we always fill up the hotel, so you should reserve your room as early as possible. |

Transportation
Directions
The following directions assume you will be driving to MidSouthCon (If you are flying in, you just take the convenient airport shuttle).
Nashville -- from I-40, take the I-240 Jackson, Mississippi, exit. Get off of I-240 at exit 23-B, Airways south. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat.
Arkansas/Missouri -- follow I-55 south from West Memphis, across the 'old' bridge -- immediately after crossing the bridge, 'exit' on the ramp (to the right) for I-55/I-240 south. Stay on I-240 until you get to exit 23-B, Airways south. Take that exit -- at the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat.
Mississippi from Hwy 78 -- stay on 78 north bound until you get to Democrat road. Turn left on Democrat -- stay on Democrat until you cross Airways -- the hotel will be on the right.
Mississippi from I-55 -- take the I-240 south (Nashville) exit ramp. From I-240, take the 23B, Airways south, exit. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat. |

Community
FORGE (Fellowship of Role Gaming Enthusiasts) is a Memphis-based RPG club, open to the public, whose goal is to facilitate gaming and promote gaming in the community.
FORGE holds at least one game day a month at a public location along with other games offered at the homes of our members. The offerings have included: Living Greyhawk, Blackmoor, Call of Cthulhu, Modern D20, and Gamma World.
