Pre-registration for Genericon is now completed - Join us Jan 28 - 30 This is the sign up and coordination for gaming events for the Genericon convention, including RPGA events.
Each event is tagged with what kind of game it is, so you know. - [RPGA - LG] is Living Greyhawk, a RPGA Campaign
- [RPGA - LA] is Living Arcanis, another RPGA Campign, organized by Paradigm Publishing
- [RPG] is a standalone Roleplaying Game or part of a non-RPGA campaign.
- [LARP] is a Live-Action Roleplaying game.
- [Board or Card] is a standalone board or card game. (We also have open gaming in the Great Hall throughout the convention.)
Please go to http://genericon.union.rpi.edu and register for the convention, and then create an account here. We'll check and verify that you are registered for the convention, and then go ahead and allow you to sign up for slots.
Genericon XVIII itself costs a mere 15 dollars if you pre-register (8 for RPI students). This includes access to our convention, over 100 hours of anime, LARPs, Board and Card Games, and many other cool things.
In addition, RPGA events cost 1 dollar per slot, or 5 dollars for as much as you want to play for the entire convention. This money goes to paying for photocopying, nice looking certs, and treating our judges well. Other events with additional costs have those costs noted in the event description. |
