Registered (paying day of event) Attendees:
Pre-paying through PayPal or bypaying one of our staff members in person is the only way to ensure you have a guaranteed seat in a game. All pre-paid attendees have priority for all available slots in scheduled games. In the event that a scheduled game is full and a paid attendee would like a seat, you may be asked to give up your seat. We will exhaust all other alternatives before we ask anyone to give up their seat. To prevent this, we encourage you to pre-pay with your registration.
Registered (pre-paid) Attendees:
In the event that a scheduled event that you would like to play in is full, please contact us. We will determine if we can free up a seat. If we are not able to, you will not be able to play in that scheduled event. Will we also try to add addition seats or games to the schedule if we have enough players waiting on a seat for an existing game.
