GATHERING IN THE PARK
Date Change: We are now Gathering on 1 July 2012
Gathering in the Park is an event that brings together diverse gaming enthusiasts from around the Southeast for a day of social interaction and fun. Our gaming diversity ranges from RPGs to dexterity games to everything in-between! Plus we have an ever growing board game library for you to choose from! So come spend Sunday 1 July 2012 with us at beautiful Azalea Park in Summerville, SC!
Nestled in the center of Summerville, the spacious accommodations of the Cuthbert Community Center allow us to expand the scheduled game offerings for your enjoyment.

Registering and Paying
Online Registration happens in two easy steps:
1. Create your account with Warhorn, which you will use for advance game signup.
2. Click the "Pricing & Payment" tab in Warhorn and make your payment using the PayPal button. A PayPal account is not required, you may pay with credit card. If you wish to use a different payment method, contact us at Gatheringinthepark@gmail.com
GENERAL ADMISSION - $5.00
Registered (paying day of event) Attendees:
Pre-paying through PayPal or by paying one of our staff members in person, prior to the day of the event, is the only way to ensure you have a guaranteed seat in a game. All pre-paid attendees have priority for all available slots in scheduled games. In the event that a scheduled game is full and a paid attendee would like a seat, you may be asked to give up your seat. We will exhaust all other alternatives before we ask anyone to give up their seat. To prevent this, we encourage you to pre-pay with your registration.
Registered (pre-paid) Attendees:
In the event that a scheduled event that you would like to play in is full, please contact us. We will determine if we can free up a seat. If we are not able to, you will not be able to play in that scheduled event. Will we also try to add addition seats or games to the schedule if we have enough players waiting on a seat for an existing game.
Day of the Event - Signing in for a Game
There will be a 15 minute window at the start of every scheduled game for players to sign in and notify the GM/moderator/judge that you are there to claim your seat. If you do not sign in within the allotted time then your seat will be offered to another person wishing to play in the game.
