Game Kastle in Santa Clara, CA hosts RPGA games throughout the week. Living Forgotten Realms (4e) is Tuesday/Friday evenings, Living Arcanis (3.5e) is Thursday evenings, and Living Greyhawk has concluded.

Tuesday Night Living Forgotten Realms Mustering Policy:
All games start promptly at 7pm, every Tuesday night, unless otherwise noted
ANYONE ARRIVING LATE by more than 5 minutes (7:05 on the digital M:tG clock in the Arena is the cut-off) will be considered a no-show and may have their spot given to anyone waiting to play be they walk-in or wait list in the order of wait list sign-up or walk in order.
IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR NOT SHOWING UP PLEASE CALL GAME KASTLE AT 408-727-2452. DO NOT USE EMAIL - DO NOT CALL THE ORGANIZER - these latter methods may not get the message to anyone in a timely manner.
Mustering is done on Tuesday morning, and the muster list is sent out to the judges and Game Kastle. If you know before Tuesday, please just delist yourself from Warhorn for the day. If you are a DM, please send an email to the organizer ASAP, so he can try to make arrangements to cover your DM spot. Players that repeatedly no-show will not be pre-mustered, even if they sign up in advance!
Tables will be mustered by character roles and levels. Seating and judges are limited, so signing up here BEFORE the day of the game is encouraged.
Friday Night Living Forgotten Realms Mustering Policy:
Please use Warhorn to sign up for or drop out of Friday LFR games until 5pm on Fridays. If, after 5pm on Friday, you would like to sign up for that evening's game, please arrive at Game Kastle before 7pm. If you would like to drop out of that evening's game after 5pm on Friday, please call Game Kastle at (408) 727-2452, and let the staff there know. If you are signed up on Warhorn but repeatedly do not show up at Game Kastle or call the store after 5pm on Friday, you will not be pre-mustered.
The organizer will be at Game Kastle by 6:30pm and will then start taking names for the waitlist(s). The organizer will start mustering at 7:00pm per the M:TG clock in the arena. If you have not arrived by 7:00pm per the M:TG clock, you may lose your spot in the muster. Games will begin by 7:05pm. |
