Welcome to Eudemonia’s RPG event signups!

We host events in Paizo’s Pathfinder Society (PFS) campaigns, as well as Dungeons & Dragon Encounters, Lair Assault, and other mini-campaigns.

Pathfinder Society Event Signups

PFS games start at 7 PM every Tuesday night, unless otherwise noted, and end at 11 PM. There is a table minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 7 players, with an ideal table size of 6 players.

Online signups are locked out at 5 PM on Tuesday, and unlocked after the games that night. In-store signups open at 6 PM and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As seating and DMs are limited, we strongly encourage signing up before the day of the game.

New players are always welcome! PFS membership is free, and can be obtained from the Event Coordinator before any Tuesday night game. When first signing up on Warhorn without a membership, just enter any string of numbers, but please remember to update it after you play your first game with us and are given an official PFS card!

No-Show Policy

Players arriving late by more than 5 minutes will be considered no-shows, and their seats will be given to waitlisted players or walk-ins.

If you know you will be late, or unable to attend, please call the store at 510-883-0814 to let us know! Do not use email, and do not call the event organizer, as these methods may not get the message to anyone in a timely manner. If you know you will be unable to attend before signups are locked out on Tuesday, you can just de-list yourself here on Warhorn.

Players who do not show up, or show up late, without notifying the store, will be given an official warning via email. Players who commit another no-show within a month will be placed on official probation, and automatically waitlisted on any games they sign up for on Warhorn.

We apologize for any inconvenience that these rules cause you, but they are in place to respect the volunteer DMs and other players who attend.
