Online Pre-Registration for COSCON XXV 2013 is now CLOSED!
You can, however, still make event signup changes on-site at the convention, as well as sign up for additional games! If you have any issues or questions, please email cons@circleofswords.com.
The 25th Annual COSCON gaming convention will be at the Butler Days Inn Hotel in Butler, PA, approximately 1 hour north of Pittsburgh, PA!
The first 200 attendees to complete their registration will receive a swag bag!

NOTE: If an admin created an account for you, the password will be your username.
You will be able to sign up for events online, on-site, or via mail. Please be sure to keep checking back for newly added events!

If you have any questions or problems with your online registration after February 22nd, you will need to make adjustments to signup sheets on-site. If your registration is not fully processed, we either did not receive payment or your GM/Pre-Reg form information. Please contact us as to the status and we will do our best to answer in a timely manner or on-site at the convention.

If submitting an event to run, you must submit your COSCON XXV Events at CircleOfSwords.com. You will only be able to change your event signups while online registration is open. After February 22nd, you will only be able to submit new events on-site.
If registering via mail, please be sure to Download Your Convention Forms and mail your completed forms with your payment. All forms must be postmarked prior to February 22nd to receive the pre-registration discount!
Starting at only $15, you can remember your COSCON XXV 2013 experience with a Special Edition Convention T-Shirt, courtesy of George Vrbanic of Infinite Images! Sizes are M through 5XL (other sizes available upon request). You can pay for your shirt and specify sizes and color(s) when paying online for your registration, or when you mail your forms in!

Transportation
The Butler Days Inn is located approximately one mile south of Butler, PA on State Rt-8. Rt-8 connects to I-80 30 minutes north of Butler and to the PA Turnpike 30 minutes south of Butler. Rt-422 connects Rt-8 with I-79 about 25 minutes west of Butler. |
