DESCRIPTION:At this first meeting\, we'll be learning how to play DDM using
  DDM Guild's rules.  We may also set some 'house rules' for CCDDM Guild at
  this meeting.  We'll also be running as many skirmish battles as we can t
 o practice the gameplay and of course have a lot of fun! We'll use constru
 cted warbands of various warband costs (50\, 100\, maybe 150).  We'll allo
 w mixing of sets and factions too. You can use any D&D mini you want as lo
 ng as it is sized huge or smaller and as long as its warband cost is less 
 than half the total warband cost. Go to http://ddmguild.com\, click on the
  'cards' link and print off stat cards for the minis you plan to use.  I'l
 l have some cards there\, but probably not enough for everyone. I'll also 
 have minis to let people borrow (maybe even trade for)\, but Please give t
 hem back if you borrow them! (That's one of the few strict CCDDM Guild rul
 es!)  \n\nWe might even have a swap meet where you can trade minis with ot
 her members if you'd like.  Maybe even do re-painted mini contests in futu
 re.\n\nWe'll do skirmish tournaments\, scenarios\, dungeon runs and dungeo
 n delves at future meetings.

DESCRIPTION:Come play a game with us that is a throwback to the origins of 
 D&D!  The DDMGuild Dungeon Delve takes Dungeons and Dragons and boils it d
 own to its essence. Fast-paced tactical combat between player warbands and
  the DM controlled monsters is at the heart of D&D.  Create your own warba
 nd of adventurers using D&D miniatures and DDMGuild stat cards\, warband c
 ard and item cards and either compete or co-operate with the warbands of o
 ther players to defeat the dungeon monsters\, find the treasures and escap
 e before it's too late!  Some Dungeon Delves even have a back story and in
 teractions with NPCs.  \n\nThere are published Delves in the Wizards of th
 e Coast book 'Dungeon Delve'\, on the www.ddmguild.com website (written by
  Guild members and officially licensed by WOC) and 'homebrew' ones by memb
 ers of CCDDMGuild to join at events.
