This year Brewfest is the location of a Living Greyhawk cross-regional event between Dyvers and The Yeomanry.
Adventures will be offered from both regions.
We are having a Dyvers interactive, however the one originally planned is not going to be available. Instead we will be offering a replay of the Interactive that was held at the recent CogCon entitled "Shore Leave".
Our location is Buckner Brewing Co. (132 N. Main Street in Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 phone:573-334-4677) The games will take place above the fabulous restaurant and brewery and we will have our own attentive wait staff to take care of our needs. Great food, great beer, and of course great games make this a weekend not to be missed.
Our Living Greyhawk schedule is available here. Slot sign for LG games will end on October 21st.
If you wish to DM any non-RPGA games, please let us know ASAP. We are now adding those to the schedule until available space fills up.
Registraton is now ClOSED. Pre-registration has ended. (Exceptions may be made for those willing to come and judge a few slots for us.) We hope to have space for at the door registrations, but we can not guarantee seats at the Living Greyhawk games. Walk-ins will be first come, first seated in available spaces. If you have a problem with your current registration or slot sign-up, or have questions, please email brewfest@gmail.com.
Tables for this convention are being pre-mustered. If you wish to be seated with specific individuals, please indicate that in the Notes section of your registration profile and we will do our best to accommodate you. Walk-ins are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but seating preference will go to judges and pre-registrants.
On-site check in for badges will start at 1pm on Friday. Gaming will be from 2pm on Friday October 26th until 6pm Sunday October 28th. Living Greyhawk will run until 11pm each night. Midnight Madness is not offered at Brewfest.
DMs ARE STILL NEEDED! If you are able to help us out with any of the tables without a judge, please let us know ASAP. DMs will receive a refund of $5 per slot judged at the end of the convention via Paypal, up to the max of their full fee refunded. Other DM perks will be available, such as free sodas, swag and other possibilities. You can be assured that we will take care of our DMs! (Please sign up only to DM adventures from your region. This is to ensure that both regions have their flavor accurately represented.) |

Venue/Lodging
There are no hotels near Buckner's, but we have made arrangements for a block of rooms to be held for us at a special price at the Drury family of hotels in Cape Girardeau. Our held rooms have now expired. However, you may still be able to get our special rate if rooms are still available at the hotel. To get this rate, you MUST call the hotel directly and request it.

Price of $62 for a king bed room and $72 for a double full bed room.
