We are back once more for friends, food, fun, and whatever else we can manage to pack into three days. The River View Room over Buckner Brewing Company is the place, October 7-9 is the date, and Pathfinder Society is the game (along with our usual offerings of random gaming).
If you are interested in judging please email us. Judges will earn a $5 credit toward their entry fee for each slot they judge, and three slots covers a full weekend badge. Remember, space is limited so please follow these guidelines when planning to judge for us:
1. Don't procrastinate. Commit early and guarantee your spot.
2. We like to offer games that people will enjoy and want to play. Please consider the popularity of your offering before contacting us. If you aren't sure at least 3 guests will sign up for your game, you may want to run something else.
3. If your game is added to the schedule, show up early, bring everything you need to run it, and do your best to give the players a good time. We do our best to take care of our judges, but we expect a solid effort from them too.
4. If you want to earn a discount but don't feel capable of running a game, ask to volunteer. We need people to help with setup and ESPECIALLY folks to help pack up on Sunday night. Doing either qualifies as running a slot.
