Join us for a weekend of Living Greyhawk festivities at the seventh (and last) annual Weekend in the Yeomanry! There are NINE slots of gaming. All the Year 8 Yeomanry regional adventures and the Year 8 Sheldomar Valley metaregional adventure are offered, plus more. The Players' Choice tables offer all Year 7 and Year 8 Yeomanry and Sheldomar adventures. If you already have at least four players for a particular adventure at a Players' Choice table, notify me at rickmiddlebrooks AT yahoo DOT com and I will add your table to the schedule.
Saturday features the Yeomanry finale: two Yeomanry regional premieres and the new final Battle Interactive.
The Land Lottery will be held on Sunday at a time to be announced! Unfortunately, due to pressing matters regarding the missing Freeholder Marius Lindon, the Acting Freeholder Melinda Windomere is unable to attend this gathering. However, her Personal Assistant Kiers will be there to recognize those who have served.
If you qualify for either Citizenship or the Land Lottery, notify the organizer at rickmiddlebrooks AT yahoo DOT com before the convention.
Any Yeomanry PC who has completed 3 years of militia service as of the end of 2007 AND been granted Yeomanry Citizenship is eligible for the Land Lottery. A Citizen must pay 1,000 gp for a lottery ticket and MUST be present at the drawing. No mail-in or proxy draws will be allowed. Citizenship is granted at the end of the calendar year in which the PC qualified for it. You will need to present the Citizenship cert which has been signed by a Triad member. If your PC qualified for Citizenship, but hasn't received the Citizenship certificate yet, you will need to bring your ARs and militia certificates to prove your qualifications and have a Triad member get you a certificate >BEFORE< the Land Lottery.
Registration at the convention is $45.00. No refunds are given to people who cancel or withdraw after pre-registration closes, or who fail to show up for WitY VII. Pre-registration closed on 23 MAY 2008. Tables for this convention are being pre-mustered. If you wish to be seated with specific individuals, please indicate that in the Notes section of your registration and we will do our best to accommodate you. Judges will receive a $5 refund per slot judged at the end of the convention. Those who judge at least five slots will get a full refund of their registration.
Walk-in Policy: Walk-ins are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but seating preference will go to judges and pre-registrants.
Midnight Madness cannot be held in the convention hall because it must close by midnight. If you let me know your needs in advance, I will supply the mods and ARs if I can.

The hotel rate is $54/night with free parking for registered guests. To get this rate, call the hotel directly for reservations, and mention "Weekend in the Yeomanry" (code: WITY). If you want a room with a refrigerator, be sure to ask for that specifically; not all rooms have one.
The hotel is conveniently located on I-65 between I-20/I-59 and I-459. There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. |
