Welcome to "WOOTZOR at the Bookery"!
Hi Everyone,
For the May Gameday at the Bookery we are going to run it CON STYLE!
We will be running 6 tables of the GenCon08 Special. For those not aware of what a Special is, it is a MEATGRINDER!! Tons of especialy tough combats with extra experience points and gold as the reward.
My original thought was there may be alot of people interested in stating new characters with the release of the Players Handbook 2.
Also, as a part of the convention enviroment we will be charging a small fee and EVERYONE will get SWAG!!

SPEC1-1 Shades of the Zhentarim
Zhentil Keep is a city with a storied history, even if most of the tale is not fit for innocent ears. A mission
to find the wayward son of a wealthy merchant leads deep into the secrets, deceptions, and brutal power
on which the dreaded Zhentarim built their ominous keep. A Living Forgotten Realms two-round special
adventure set in Zhentil Keep for characters levels 1-4.
The cost to play GenCon08 Special is $3.00
There is a possibilty that we could offer 'other' games on Sunday May 3, these will be at $1.00 per slot.
The price will go up in April, so sign up early.
There will be SWAG for all those that attend!
I plan on having my wife check with every table half way through the adventure and get a pizza order, probably Dominoes ($5 a pie).
If everything goes well I would like to make "WOOTZOR at The Bookery" a regular event, maybe twice a year? |
