The 13th Annual SIBCON gaming convention will be at the Butler Days Inn Hotel in Butler, PA, approximately 1 hour north of Pittsburgh, PA.
Online Pre-Registration for SIBCON XIII 2008 has been closed!
You can still sign up on-site at the convention for many of your favorite games with spaces available! Check the registration area for more details!
NOTE: Your payment must be received before you will be cleared to sign up for games!
If you have any questions or problems with your online registration, you will need to make adjustments to signup sheets on-site. If your registration was not fully processed, we either did not receive payment or your GM/Pre-Reg form information. Please contact us as to the status and we will do our best to answer in a timely manner or on-site at the convention.

Important: You must register for SIBCON 2008 at CircleOfSwords.com and your registration payment must be received before you will be cleared to sign up for events! You can still register for events if you are planning on paying on-site, but you will not be able to modify your events online.
If registering via mail, please be sure to Download Your Convention Forms and mail your completed forms with your payment.

The SIBCON XII 2008 Charity Organization will be donations made to Jeff Lowes (COS Member) and Ed Wilbert (former COS Board Member).
Recycling Areas:
- Bins will be availabe to discard *EMPTY* aluminum cans (please do not throw away cans with any liquid left inside).
Food Drive: Shiloh Food Bank, Pittsburgh, PA
- Each item gains you a raffle ticket for a drawing. Winner receives 5 COS Quest points *or* $25 in COSBucks!

Transportation
The Butler Days Inn is located approximately one mile south of Butler, PA on State Rt-8. Rt-8 connects to I-80 30 minutes north of Butler and to the PA Turnpike 30 minutes south of Butler. Rt-422 connects Rt-8 with I-79 about 25 minutes west of Butler. |
