Venue/Lodging
Note: Please note that Techwood Drive between 10th Street and 14th Street will be closed off until 2009. Please plan accordingly.
All hotels listed below are within comfortable walking distance to the convention and Georgia Tech campus. Atlanta is a large city, and we still recommend that parents accompany their kids at all times when in the city and at the convention. Also, ask your hotel for information on local eateries, as we cannot guarantee that on-campus restaurants will be open all hours of the convention at this time.
Some hotels give a discount if you mention that you are attending a Georgia Tech event.
The Georgia Tech Hotel has extended a special rate for MomoCon patrons, to access this rate, please click the link below. The hotel is on one side of GT campus, the locations of convention are near to central campus (easily walkable).

If you are unable to find a hotel close to the convention, we advise that you look for a hotel close to a MARTA station. Two MARTA train line stops are very close to Georgia Tech (the Midtown stop and the North Avenue stop), please check the MARTA website for information on train line locations and times of operation. Again, we recommend that parents accompany their kids at all times. |
