The 21st Annual COSCON gaming convention will be at the Butler Days Inn Hotel in Butler, PA, approximately 1 hour north of Pittsburgh, PA!
Online Pre-Registration for COSCON XXI 2009 is now closed!
You can now only access the site (for a limited time) if your registration has been processed, so make your final event selections quickly!
If you have any questions or problems with your online registration after February 28th, you will need to make adjustments to signup sheets on-site. If your registration was not fully processed, we either did not receive payment or your GM/Pre-Reg form information. Please contact us as to the status and we will do our best to answer in a timely manner or on-site at the convention.

If registering online, you must register for COSCON 2009 Events at CircleOfSwords.com. You can no longer create your Warhorn.net account, as online registration has now ended. You can still register for events on-site, but you will not be able to modify your events online.

If registering via mail, please be sure to Download Your Convention Forms and mail your completed forms with your payment. All forms must be postmarked prior to February 27th, 2009.

For only $15, you can remember your COSCON XXI 2009 with a Special Edition Convention T-Shirt, courtesy of George Vrbanic of Infinite Images! Sizes are L, XL, and XXL. You can pay for your shirt and specify sizes when paying online for your registration, or when you mail your forms in!

Transportation
The Butler Days Inn is located approximately one mile south of Butler, PA on State Rt-8. Rt-8 connects to I-80 30 minutes north of Butler and to the PA Turnpike 30 minutes south of Butler. Rt-422 connects Rt-8 with I-79 about 25 minutes west of Butler. |
