Warhammer 40,000
By Larry Snodgrass & Chad LaMontagne. Canoness Reginia has fallen! Her remains are being returned to the Convent of the Martyr of the Indigo Rose on Galados IV for internment in the Order’s crypts.
Unfortunately, the planetary Governor, in his excitement at playing host to such a rare and honorable service, has broadcast this fact to the entire sector. In response, the enemies of the Imperium are descending upon Galados IV in an attempt to defile the heroine’s remains and break the morale of the forces defending the sector.
Realizing the danger, Inquisitor Lord Malakoth has summoned all available servants of the God- Emperor to thwart the actions of the vile heretics and Xenos scum. The blessed remains of the fallen Canoness MUST be delivered to the Cathedral of the Indigo Rose and her spirit sent to its rightful place by the Emperor’s side.
The stage is set for a massive battle upon the peaceful fields surrounding the convent. The forces staging the attack are massive, but the servants of the Golden Throne MUST prevail. The Emperor demands his daughter be allowed her reward. Will her escort make it to the gates of the Cathedral, or will the forces of darkness end her journey home?
This will be a 10,000 pts per side Apocalypse battle. Bring an army list of any size separated into 500 pt blocks.
